Two people have been sentenced to jail following a serious assault at Walsh's Hotel in 2014, which left Queanbeyan father Andrew McInnes with lifelong injuries.

The third co-accused, Daniel Keith Charnock, is set to have his case heard in Sydney Downing Court in mid-July.
Matthew Darrol Davis and Rebecca Joy Smith, both of Queanbeyan, were convicted of the assault in Queanbeyan District Court on June 10.
Davis was sentenced to three years and two months in jail with a non-parole period of one year for recklessly causing grievous bodily harm and recklessly wounding.
Smith was sentenced to four years and three months in jail with a non-parole period of two years and one month for the more serious charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Charnock had previously entered guilty pleas to recklessly causing grievous bodily harm.
At the time of the alleged offence, Charnock was on bail for serious drug offences, court documents revealed.
The documents state Charnock was remanded in Goulburn jail since the assault. He has since been sentenced for the drug matters, and is facing a term of imprisonment of six years and nine months starting from August 2014, with a non-parole period of four years.
The attack on Mr McInnes occurred about 11.45pm on August 9, 2014, and was captured on CCTV footage which was played in court during the hearing against Davis and Smith.
The two co-accused, allegedly joined by Charnock, were in the pub when two victims, including Mr McInnes, Smith's ex-husband, entered.
Minutes later, the victims were set upon by the duo, and it is alleged Charnock played a part in the brutal assault.
One victim was the subject of a one-punch attack and fell to the floor unconscious.
The second victim, Mr McInnes, suffered a broken jaw, lost a tooth and had significant facial injuries. He also suffered a stroke days later, as a result of his injuries. He is still on a long road to recovery.
