Each week the friendly team at the Heart Foundation send us information about what should be our focus of the week. This week it's healthy snacks. Apparently the time between meals can often be a danger zone in our efforts to maintain a healthy weight and reduce our risk of heart disease ... now if you'll excuse me, it's the weekly office afternoon tea and I'm off to see what's on offer ... back now, there were some chilli chocolate brownies, a neat little apple tart and a homemade slice with Maltesers on top. Not necessarily that healthy, I'll give you that, but a good excuse to step away from the desk and have a natter.
