Danny Klobucar, who was found not guilty earlier this year of murdering an elderly man, was found not guilty on Friday of charges of burglary and assault stemming from two separate incidents.

On March 24, a jury found Klobucar, 28, not guilty by reason of mental impairment of the fatal New Year's Day beating of 71-year-old Miodrag Gajic at the older man's home in Phillip.
However, Klobucar had still faced further unrelated charges.
He was accused of recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm in an assault on a different man on December 13, 2013.
And about 8pm on January 1, 2014, the day Mr Gajic died, Klobucar was accused of going to the Lighthouse Pub in Belconnen and ripping ripped open the locked front doors while threatening the people inside.
Both the victim of the alleged assault, and a part-owner of the pub, gave evidence in Klobucar's murder trial.
On Friday, Justice Hilary Penfold in the ACT Supreme Court handed down verdicts of not guilty by reason of mental impairment on the assault and burglary offences.
She ordered he submit to the jurisdiction of the ACT's civil tribunal, which will decide where Klobucar will be placed and for how long, under mental health legislation.
Klobucar still faces a further two charges of possessing an offensive weapon, a butterfly knife and a pair of nunchukkas, after Justice Penfold refused on Friday an defence application to permanently stay those charges.
The weapons were allegedly found in Klobucar's car, following the incident at Lighthouse Pub.
His case will return to court in early December.
