The Australian country music star will perform at GIO Stadium on December 10 to promote his newest album, Ripcord, which is expected to drop next month.
The American Idol judge promised to bring the tour to cities he'd never played in when it was announced in January.
Urban will be supported by American Idol alumnus Carrie Underwood.
The country rocker will play shows in Adelaide (December 6) and Melbourne (December 8) before landing in the capital on December 10.
He will round out the Australian leg of his tour with shows in Sydney (December 12) and Brisbane (December 16 and 17).
Pre-sale tickets for members of certain fan clubs go on sale on Monday, April 11, before tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 15 from 12 noon.
