Kitchen Garden: Christine Kefford grows veggie delights in Isabella Plains

A friend of Christine Kefford's had a broody hen so she bought some fertilised eggs from a breeder in Yass and Christine saw the baby chicks just after they hatched and were one day old. These four Pekin bantams are now four months' old and live under a large loquat tree in a coop found online at the Australian business somerzby.com and assembled by Christine's husband Andrew Kefford.
