A Sydney man is accused of stalking a woman with whom he was in a casual sexual relationship before carrying her out of a petrol station, pushing her into a car and driving away.

Police say the incident was caught on high quality surveillance cameras.
In the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday a lawyer for Justino Bonino, 26, said the woman was trying to kill herself and he was acting out of concern for her wellbeing.
But the prosecutor opposed bail and Chief Magistrate Lorraine Walker refused Mr Bonino's request to be released from custody, saying he posed too much of a risk.
Police will allege Bonino arranged to book into the Diplomat Hotel in Griffith on Friday with the alleged victim before he started trashing the room and began to self-harm.
They then left the hotel to get a meal together before the woman allegedly lied and told him she had to go to work. She instead drove off and went to sleep in her car.
Police will allege that on Friday evening Bonino constantly called the woman's phone, before she answered and told him to stop because she was feeling harassed.
Early on Sunday morning the woman left her work and pulled over to use her phone. But unbeknown to her, Mr Bonino was following her in a hire car, documents allege.
He parked behind her and started professing his love for her.
She was surprised but offered to go to a hotel with him for the night to talk about things, and suggested they drive there separately.
But Bonino allegedly refused her to leave alone and got into the car before they drove towards the Burberry Hotel in Barton.
He continued to yell at her when they pulled up out the front and tried to kiss and cuddle her, police say.
At 5am they checked into a room.
Police documents say the woman convinced Bonino to go get food and leave the hotel.
At the McDonalds in Griffith the woman tried to subtly get help from staff without success. They then drove to a Coles Express petrol station where she allegedly tried to get out but was pulled back into the car by Mr Bonino.
She ran inside to try get help from the attendant but Bonino allegedly grabbed her with two arms and lifted her onto his shoulder, and out of the store as she attempted to grab the entry to the store.
He pushed her into the passenger seat footwell and slammed the door shut before climbing through the open window and into the driver's seat.
Bonino allegedly returned to the attendant later to assure him everything was fine and that she was suffering a mental health breakdown.
As they drove away the woman started screaming and shouting at the defendant and repeatedly tried to grab the steering wheel.
It is alleged Mr Bonino called police and said she was having a psychotic episode.
They returned to his hire car and Mr Bonino drove both of them back to the Burberry Hotel where the woman went to sleep, the documents say.
At about 11.15am, they left the hotel room and she sat down on a chair in the foyer.
He said "you're not leaving me" and tried to grab her keys and handbag.
She ran to hotel staff and asked them to call police.
He left the hotel before returning and started screaming in the foyer "I love you!".
Police arrested him at the entrance of the hotel when he returned early that afternoon.
Mr Bonino is charged with unlawful confinement, assault, using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, breaching a family violence order, and stalking.
He indicated he would fight the charges.
The case returns to court on February 12.
