The half-brother of alleged murderer Milan Urlich is to face a trial over allegations he helped move Andrew Carville's dead body.

Accessory to murder accused Marc Urlich, 44, had contested his committal to the Supreme Court in the hopes of avoiding a trial.
On February 23, he gave evidence in the ACT Magistrates Court.
In several hours of testimony, he told the court he was asleep at the Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk on the night he is alleged to have helped his half-brother move Mr Carville's body.
But Special Magistrate Margaret Hunter on Wednesday committed Marc for trial, while noting that the test for committal set a low bar, being whether or not a jury could find him guilty on the evidence.
Evatt man Mr Carville was reported missing in November 2015.
Two weeks later, on November 19, police found the 52-year-old's body in a dry creek bed on Defence land in Majura. It was wrapped in a black and white rug and hidden with rocks and branches.
Police allege Milan, 29, had strangled Mr Carville. Milan was committed for trial over the alleged murder last September.
It's alleged that several days before Mr Carville's body was discovered, on November 13, Marc drove to Canberra alone from his home in Phillip Island, Victoria.
It's alleged that when he arrived, he helped Milan move Mr Carville's body before they dumped Milan's car at Molonglo Gorge. Police say they tried to light the car on fire.
A piece of evidence linking Marc to the alleged crime was a lighter from the Westernport Hotel, about 10 kilometres from Marc's home in Victoria, which police found near where the car was dumped.
At the contested committal, Marc told the court his brother Milan had visited him in the months before the alleged murder, and he remembered they had had a drink at the Westernport.
Marc is charged with one count of accessory to murder and one count of interfering with a body. He has pleaded not guilty to both.
On Wednesday, Ms Hunter committed the accessory charge to the ACT Supreme Court for trial. She also transferred the second, lesser charge of interfering with a body to the higher court.
In committing the man for trial, Ms Hunter noted the prosecution case was circumstantial. She also said the test for committal, if there was a prime facie case against the accused, and if there was a reasonable prospect of a guilty verdict, was a low one.
She said one part of the prosecution case, that Marc had driven to Canberra in a car not registered to his name, had essentially been defended in the committal hearing, when Marc told the court he was recently gifted the car from his mother.
Marc faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted.
