Vedic Meditation master teacher Gary Gorrow is leading the classes, combining ancient wisdom and modern science to help you understand the nature of mind and consciousness, the role of the nervous system and how to move from stress to relaxation within minutes.

The class will give you an insight into meditation and mindfulness, and you'll walk away with a series of easy techniques that you can use every day.
They're on Saturday, October 15, at 10am and 1pm, at Eden on Level 1 next to Country Road.
