Police are calling for public assistance as they search for three men involved in an armed robbery at a supermarket in Canberra's south on Friday night.

The Spar Express Supermarket in Bonython was held up by two men armed with knives about 5.20pm on Friday, December 23.
The offenders demanded cash, before fleeing the scene in a vehicle driven by a third male offender.
It is believed the vehicle was a white Nissan Pulsar, which ACT Fire and Rescue found alight in Kambah an hour later.
Police are calling for anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in relation to the aggravated robbery in Bonython or the vehicle fire in Kambah to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
