One man armed with a shotgun and another armed with a knife robbed a taxi driver stopped at a petrol station.

The incident happened a week ago, on Saturday, December 19, and was revealed by ACT Policing on Sunday, December 27.
"About 5.15am, a taxi driver was parked in the air pump bay at the 7-Eleven petrol station in Giralang," police said in a statement.
"He was approached by one male holding a shotgun and a second who had a knife. They made demands for cash and cigarettes, which the taxi driver complied with handing over a small sum of cash and cigarettes."
They ran away on Atalumba Close.
Both men were described as Caucasian, about 165cm (5'5") tall. He was wearing a plain black jumper, black/blue pants and had his face covered with a black coloured cloth.
