The reserve has been disclosed for 53 of the blocks in the Belconnen suburbs of Macgregor, Flynn and Holt, as well as Kambah in Tuggeranong and Rivett in Weston Creek.
It is the first time the reserve has been published prior to auction for remediated blocks.
North side blocks will be sold via Independent Property Group, while Civium Property Group is overseeing the south side sales.
Civium Property Group chief executive Doug O'Mara said releasing the reserve may encourage buyers who are uncertain about the auction process.
"We thought we'd try a different strategy and see if we could increase the participation of the general public," Mr O'Mara said.
He said Kambah and Rivett were chosen as they had a high volume of remediated blocks.
The reserves range from $355,000 for a 664-square-metre block in Kambah to $550,000 for a 758-square-metre block in Rivett.
Block sizes for the disclosed-reserve auctions vary from 663-square metres to 1217 square metres and the average reserve price is $424,642.
The reserves have not been disclosed for the remaining blocks, which are scattered throughout Hall, Belconnen, the inner north, Woden Valley and Weston Creek.
These blocks range from 638 to 2478 square metres.
The largest single block on offer is a 2156-square-metre block at 35 Dunbar Street in Fraser. A 2029-square-metre block will also be auctioned at 8 Palmer Street in Hall.
Three blocks totalling 2478 square metres at 65, 67 and 69 Buvelot Street in Weston will be sold as a package.
Packaged blocks proved popular in March when one two-block package in Garran sold for $1.9 million and two parcels in Curtin sold for $1,735,000.
The first remediated blocks were auctioned in April, 2016. Of the 287 homes to go under the hammer so far, 243 have sold, 19 are under offer and 25 are still available over the counter, according to Allhomes data.
The median price paid for a block was $670,000.
The next auctions will be held between May 22 and May 25.
