Early risers can combine their breakfast with a boogie this Friday morning when No Lights No Lycra has its first ever morning rave.

The global dance movement, which started in Melbourne, is a series of inclusive and non-judgmental evening events in the dark where people can literally dance like no one's watching.
No Lights No Lycra South Canberra is the first to take the event to into the morning.
"It just ties in so well with what No Lights No Lycra is about which is providing a drug and alcohol free event which people can turn up to whether they're a child or somebody's grandma," said organiser Fiona Harris.
Harris said the plan was originally to hold a lit event, but in the spirit of No Lights No Lycra, the lights will remain off, meaning those who aren't morning people needn't worry about how they look.
"It's a blackbox theatre – you can close all the windows and it will be dark and very exciting, so I guess we're going back to our roots and having a lights off morning rave until 7.50," she said.
"Then we're going to open up the shutters and let the light in, get ready for the day and we're going to do some yoga, some hoola-hooping and people can enjoy some muesli from the Muesli Bar."
As someone who admits she's "not a morning person", Harris said the plan is to make the event as fun as possible.
"I'm definitely not a gym person in the morning so we think it's a great way to get people exercising, moving their bodies and getting all the associated benefits from that. You feel good when you dance to Michael Jackson and Abba and things like that," she said.
"We also chose to have it from 7 to 8 because we don't want people to have to get up too early – we're trying to make it as easy as possible for people to get involved and to come along. We're trying to make a way to start your day that's not a chore."
Event-goers are encouraged to wear whatever they're comfortable in.
"Hopefully we'll see a few crazy costumes but I'm sure we'll just get a lot of people wearing gym gear nothing fancy but that's what we're all about – not looking good, just getting your body moving and having fun".
