The Sydney duo have recently launched activewear label P.E Nation – a range of women's wear functional enough for the gym, but well and truly stylish enough for the street.
Edwards, who is a fixture of Sydney's social scene, has worked for Australian brands Ksubi and Sass & Bide, and is the former design director of General Pants. And she's no stranger to Canberra.
"My ex-boyfriend played in Canberra, he was a Brumbie for a while and he then became a Waratah after that and moved to Sydney. But for a good two years I spent a lot of time down here and I loved it. I was really excited to come back," she said.
Rebel Muse is the only Canberra stockist of P.E Nation, but Edwards thinks it's a good fit for ladies of the nation's capital.
"With the whole cycling culture they're very fit people down here, I'm hoping [the label] takes off."
