He was last seen at his home in Waramanga on Friday, August 10 and was described as 170cm tall, with a slight build, fair complexion, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Mr Curtis may have travelled to NSW and possibly the Central Coast region.
Police and his family have concerns for his welfare.
