Two people have been charged after separate and unrelated fights at Canberra pubs in the early hours of Saturday morning.

ACT Policing said a 23-year-old Jerrabomberra man and a 28-year-old Calwell man would be charged with assault over the incidents, at Mooseheads in Civic and PJ O'Reilly's in Tuggeranong respectively.
"About 2.20am [Saturday], a man attended the Tuggeranong Police Station to report that he had been assaulted at PJ O'Reilly's in Greenway. The man had visible facial injuries and provided a description of the offender to police," police said.
Police said they found a man who they believed was involved, and charged him with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Police were called to a disturbance at Mooseheads about 3.40am.
"On arrival, police spoke with a man who had received injuries to his face and neck," they said.
"Police reviewed the CCTV footage of the incident, and arrested a 23-year-old Jerrabomberra man. He was conveyed to the ACT Watch House, charged with assault and will face court next month."
