Police have found a number of stolen items estimated to be worth more than $300,000, including a $4000 bottle of alcohol, during searches of a Woden business and Tuggeranong house.

Police searched the Phillip business and Chisholm house from about 8am Wednesday after a public tip-off.
An ACT Policing spokeswoman said one man was inside the house during the search. He was taken to the Phillip business for the second search.
Police found an extensive amount of property believed to be stolen including power tools, collectable minted coins, household and personal items, jewellery and watches.
Officers also discovered a large amount of wine and spirits, with one bottle worth about $4000.
The spokeswoman said police believed the items were related to a drug offence.
