About 3am, two armed men forced entry to the club at 10 Heard Street.
They threatened the manager and security guard, demanding money before leaving the area with cash.
The first man was 5 foot 8 inches (173cm) tall, of stocky build, and wearing dark coloured clothing.
He was also carrying a black duffle bag and a Taser-like weapon.
The second man was 6 foot 1 inch (185cm) tall, of a leaner build than the first male, wearing dark clothing and carrying a firearm.
Clubs across Canberra were also hit in a string of break-ins over a fortnight in July.
Clubs ACT said then that members had been put on alert about the burglaries and warned to take action to avoid violence if the thieves escalated their attacks to include hold-ups.
