Close to $100,000 seized from criminals will be donated to community organisations that campaign for the elimination of violence against women in Canberra.

Attorney-General Simon Corbell announced the allocation of funds from the ACT's Confiscated Assets Trust on Wednesday and said more the $500,000 had been donated to the cause since 2009.
"This program will provide support to current partners of men in the program and ensure that partners are safe and supported when participating in this important service," he said.
In the ACT, the proceeds of crime can be taken by the government to fund projects related to criminal justice matters, crime prevention, and assistance to the victims of crime.
The Canberra Rape Crisis Centre and the Domestic Violence Crisis Service will receive $40,000 to fund a domestic abuse program co-ordinated with the ACT Corrective Services.
"This program will provide support to current partners of men in the program and ensure that partners are safe and supported when participating in this important service," Mr Corbell said.
The community group Advocacy for Inclusion, which provide education to women with disabilities to recognise and respond to violence, will also receive $30,000.
A further $10,000 will be allocated to the Women's Centre for Health Matters to support a sexual violence prevention campaign.
The trial program would work with the liquor industry to create training and campaign material promoting a message of zero tolerance for sexual violence, Mr Corbell said.
"A small group of licensed venues have committed to take action in their premises to deal with sexual violence and work with Women's Centre for Health Matters on this innovative project."
Mr Corbell said the funding recognised the important work community organisations do to support victims of violence against women.
