The public housing tenant accused of punching an elderly neighbour and offering his girlfriend for sexual services has been transferred to different accommodation.

A relieved Waramanga resident called the Sunday Canberra Times this week to say the unpopular tenant had left.
The man had been the subject of complaints across several months from residents about alleged assaults, threats of violence and the offering of his girlfriend as a prostitute to neighbours.
A Community Services Directorate spokeswoman would not provide individual details but confirmed the tenant had been moved on, after having earlier submitted a request to move.
"The tenant was transferred by agreement to more suitable accommodation and the tenancy will be monitored closely," she said.
"There was no police involvement."
The spokeswoman said the main concern of Housing ACT was to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its tenants.
ACT Policing had previously said a report of an assault had not led to a formal complaint, nor had police not received complaints about prostitution or alleged drug use by the man.
