Matthew Thomas Wootton, 47, pleaded not guilty in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday to a charge of negligent driving occasioning death.

A 38-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle collided with a Nissan 4WD at the intersection of Southern Cross Drive and Ratcliffe Crescent in Florey on February 15 about 5.10pm.
No facts were tendered in court on Wednesday and the matter was scheduled to reappear in September.
A brief of evidence will be prepared and served on defence lawyer Toni Tu'ulakitau.
