About 35 staff were removed from the premises, on Tralee Street, as a precaution.
ACT Policing said they had received reports of a suspicious package at the location.
"About 8:30am, the package was declared non-suspicious and the matter is now finalised," a spokesman said.
Firefighters said there was no risk to surrounding businesses.
