A popular Namadgi National Park walking track will remain closed over the Christmas break while work to upgrade the Corin Dam shuts down for the year.

The Stockyard Spur Walking Track will not be open to the public during the holiday period.
Corin Dam and Corin Road from Square Rock carpark will also only accessible to authorised personnel.
The major works have been underway since October to improve the integrity of the dam wall and upgrade the road crossing the dam.
Icon Water Manager of Customer and Community Affairs Lisa Quinn said the work should be completed by early next year.
"For the safety of our staff and our community it is important that members of the public do not try to enter the site until the area is reopened in the New Year," she said.
Meanwhile Icon Water field maintenance crews, treatment workers, plant operators and customer services officers will work 24 hours a day during the Christmas period to ensure 159,000 homes across Canberra retain water and sewerage services.
"As the Canberra community prepare to sit down with family to celebrate the festivities of Christmas and the New Year, it's also important to spare a thought for those workers in the emergency services and utilities sectors - such as Icon Water crews - who are working to ensure these vital services are provided seamlessly throughout the holiday period," a spokesperson said.
Customers are also encouraged to keep an eye out for any leaks or chokes in their neighbourhood during the festive season and contact Icon if there are any outages.
