If successful entrepreneurs show their enterprising skills from a very early age, then Canberra brothers Ethan and Donnie Hart will one day be household names.

The brothers - both avid hip-hop and break dancers - launched fashion label Yo Funky in 2015, offering brightly-coloured t-shirts and hoodies from their online store and at markets across the ACT.
They're both heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the label, including managing the design process, writing marketing materials and making sure mum and dad Ange and Paul Hart stay on task.
Ethan, 12, said the idea for Yo Funky came to him when he was eight.
"I thought of Yo Funky when I was eight - I'd always wanted to make a brand that would put a smile on people's faces so I made Yo Funky," he said.
"It's for dancers, skaters and just for everyone."
While their friends were on holidays or cooling off in a pool, Ethan and Donnie, 8, spent the final week of their school holidays approaching retailers in Tuggeranong Hyperdome in a bid to get them to stock Yo Funky designs.
"I just stood back with a clipboard and these two would walk in, introduce themselves, say what they're there for and what the brand's about," dad Paul Hart said.
"They were doing the sales pitch on their own."
While Ethan was the original designer of the Yo Funky logo, Donnie took the logo mid-2016 and evolved it - creating the new lined version that currently appears on Yo Funky clothing. Donnie managed the design process through emails on mum Ange's phone.
"He grabbed my phone and wrote to the designer and told him - 'no, it's not on the right lean!'" Ange said.
"Donnie is proofing everything that comes back and he definitely has an eye for detail."
Yo Funky's online orders are currently processed at the family home in Wanniassa, with clothing being stored in cupboards, in suitcases and on racks in the lounge room before being sent to new owners across Australia.
This year the brothers will collaborate on a range of flat caps and would eventually like to launch a range of Yo Funky shoes.
"Donnie's always been in to shoes," Ethan said.
"When he was little he said 'Tuesday is shoes day' and every Tuesday he said we'd have to buy him shoes."
The Kulture Break dance students would love to see the label stocked in dance, surf and skate stores nationally.
"And I want to have huge dance festivals - internationally - and have really big dance competitions as well," Ethan said.
