A teenager was part of a group who attacked a man on Australia Day, leaving him in hospital, then robbed the same victim a second time a week later, police say.

Police said the Chisholm man, 31, had been taken to hospital after a group of teens assaulted and stole property from him at Chisholm shops about 4am on January 26.
The accused, who was 17 at the time of the alleged incident in January, was arrested in Tuggeranong on Monday, and he is expected to be charged with robbery and aggravated robbery. He is expected to face the ACT Children's Court on Tuesday.
