The union on Friday handed over $225,000 as part of its three-year partnership with the alliance.
CFMEU has been a supporter of Cerebral Palsy Alliance for more than 10 years.
CFMEU ACT branch secretary Dean Hall presented the cheque.
"CFMEU is proud to become the major financial sponsor of Cerebral Palsy Alliance ACT and support the vital services provided to hundreds of Canberra families and the region living with disability," he said.
The ongoing support will enable Cerebral Palsy Alliance to continue to provide essential services, therapy, equipment and support for more than 500 young people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities from Canberra and surrounding regions.
