The number of stalls given alcohol permits at the National Multicultural Festival this year is down two-thirds, but there are still plenty of options if you want to drink your way around the world.

Serving up a taste of Mexico is Mobile Margaritas, with the local business returning to the festival for the second time.
Owner Adrian Mercieca creates, "interchangeable margaritas. So you choose the spirit - you can go traditional tequila with lime, or vodka, rum or gin. And then you choose the flavour from lime, mango, strawberry or blueberry".
"Everything's 100 per cent natural, using frozen fruit and homemade sugar syrup, and we even do virgin margaritas for the kids with no alcohol."
The stall will also style Mexican-beer Tecate.
Further around the globe, Spanish sangria will be served at the North Canberra Bears stall alongside chorizo and burgers. At the Canberra Olympic FC Greek Taverna and Bar stall you can wash down a lamb yeros or barbecue baby octopus plate with beer or ouzo.
And if beer is more your thing, there are options from Slovenia (Slovenian Australian Association), Latin America (Candela Food, and the Mexican and South American stall), Fiji (Rotuman Association of Canberra), and Germany (Harmonie German Club and Wanniassa Scout Group).
There will also be beer with global flavours brewed a bit closer to home at the Canberra Brewers' stall. Returning for the sixth year, the locals have four taps with beer from Wig and Pen, Pact, Zierholz and BentSpoke. Canberra breweries BentSpoke and Capital will also have their own individual stalls
And the George Harcourt Inn will also be back at the festival, serving Pimm's, alcoholic lemonade, wine and beer.
