Gambino is the headline act at this year's Spilt Milk festival, fronting a huge linep that includes overseas acts The Wombats, RL Grime and YG, and Aussie acts Vera Blue, Hayden James and Methyl Ethel. Canberra's own Peking Duk will also perform.
Spilt Milk launched in 2016 and is exclusive to the ACT.
Childish Gambino's most recent single, This is America, debuted at number one worldwide in May. The hip-hop superstar is also a star of the screen, appearing most recently as Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Canberrans will have first access to tickets this year thanks to a 'Homegrown locals' ticket option. The festival sold out in a record-breaking nine minutes last year.
