The three men entered the Eastlake Football Club on Oxley Street at 2:00am on Sunday, July 2.
They threatened a staff member and demanded cash before fleeing in a car parked on Oxley Street, heading towards Dawes Street.
All three were wearing gloves, hooded tops and face coverings.
The first man was described as Caucasian in appearance, about 178cm tall; the second man was also about 178cm tall; the third man was described as 186cm tall.
On Wednesday morning, ACT Policing crime manager, Detective Sergeant Stephen Ladd, called for anyone with information about the robbery to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
