Meet the Vinter’s Daughter
Join owner and winemaker Stephanie Helm for a tour of the vineyard and winery followed by a private seated wine tasting accompanied by a platter of locally made cheese. You will have the opportunity to do a vertical tasting of all four rieslings vintages from the Vintner’s Daughter vineyard - including the trophy winning 2015 riesling - and discuss the effects of different climatic conditions on each wine. Finally you will be treated to some barrel samples of yet to be released wines including the sought after fortified shiraz. $40pp. April 6 and 13.

Liquid Geography Dinner
Last year’s exclusive dinner at Aubergine sold out so get in quick. Two-hatted chef Ben Willis is serving up a six-course meal matched with wines from Clonakilla, Fourwinds Vineyard, Pankhurst Wines, Shaw Wines, Yarrh Wines and Lake George Winery. $145pp. April 9.
Wine Uncovered Tour
You’ll explore the secrets behind wine making and visit hidden wineries to uncover just how grapes are transformed into wine. The tour will include grape stomping, barrel tastings, winery tours, a visit to a secret cellar door, lunch and wine and plenty of wine tastings of course. Pickup and drop off available and the tour runs all day. $175pp. April 6.
Harvest Dinner
Join Winemaker Alex McKay and chef/winemakers Nathan Brown and Luke Drummond to celebrate the harvest at Some Cafe, Collector. Expertly slow-cooked over fire, the menu highlights this region’s autumn bounty. Dishes have been thoughtfully matched to Collector wines; be the first to catch a glimpse of some new ones. 6pm for 6.30pm start. $110pp. April 5 and 6.
Holy Trinity
The farm to plate philosophy at Contentious Character means bringing together the wines grown on the property, with the local produce grown and made in the region. Bridgette, the Wee Jasper cheese maker, will take you through making your own mozzarella and ricotta while Tom the chef prepares a marinated and cooked halloumi dish, with a tasting plate of camembert, blue vein, harvati and something sweet to finish. $160pp includes demonstrations, ingredients, cheeses, accompanying breads, olives, fruits, preserves and wines. April 7 and 13.
