It won't be hard to spot Daniel Flowers on the 5km course of The Canberra Times Fun Run this Sunday – he'll be the one dressed as a helicopter.

The Westpac ACT regional general manager will be joined by about eight other "helicopters" on the course as Westpac, the event's sponsor, aims to raise $20,000 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
"We're all pretty aware in Canberra of the Snowy Hydro Southcare Service, which obviously covers Canberra, but the Westpac Rescue Helicopter looks after the coast," he said.
"It's based at Moruya and, basically, when Canberrans head to the coast for holidays over the Christmas/January period they're covered by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter there."
Around 107 staff members and their families will take part in the event on Sunday morning.
Flowers will be participating alongside wife Vanessa, and four-year-old daughter Rebecca for the second year in a row.
"Last year we had Rebecca in the pram but I've been advised that I'm 'not to bring the pram this year, daddy', that she'll run a little bit but if she gets tired, she'll walk," he said.
He said that while he hasn't been training "as much as I should have", this year's event should be easier for him than the last.
"Last year I wore an ATM suit, and the hole that they cut for your neck is quite tight," he said.
"It's actually not fun for people to come up the whole way going, 'Can I have a withdrawal?' You get sick of saying, 'Deposits only.'"
