I often wonder how it would be possible to maintain some sort of normal life if you were, say Adele, or Julia Roberts, the two women featured in this edition of Relax. Imagine, if you would, having that life, that money and that celebrity, and how very hard you would have to work so it didn't change you. By the sounds of it, both women remain terribly grounded to the things that matter, family, friends, being able to step away from work when you needed to, not only for your family but for your own wellbeing as well. I guess it's easier to do that when your bank balance has a lot of zeroes on the end of it, but those of us whose normal is at the other end of the spectrum can probably still learn something from them.
