Wonder Woman officiated, Batgirl took the photos and the Kardashians were on the guest list - the marriage of Anthony Pardy and Sharnee Morgan last weekend was anything but your average Canberra wedding.

Long-time couple Anthony and Sharnee - they met when he made a speaking appearance at St Clare's College where she was a student in 2005 - wanted a truly special occasion to mark their union.
"We wanted something fun and unique, but mainly wanted to turn the excitement way up," Sharnee said.
"After 12 years of dating, we anticipated that everyone's reaction when we got engaged would just be 'oh about time you two' - so we came up with the plan to drop it on everyone as a surprise to get that emotion from everyone!"
About 90 guests were invited to the couple's Macgregor home on Saturday night to celebrate Sharnee's 30th birthday. The theme was "television and movies", with Sharnee's cousins (all men) dressing as the Kardashian sisters and a special appearance by netballer Sharon Strzelecki, of Kath and Kim fame.
But at about 5pm the party took a dramatic turn.
Anthony sneakily took Sharnee's parents John and Debbie down the side of the house and got down on bended knee - asking the Isaacs couple for their daughter's hand in marriage. Through tears they agreed, and the back door opened to reveal Sharnee in a wedding dress (she'd previously been dressed as a geisha).
Guests got the shock of their lives when groom Anthony stripped off his overalls (he'd been dressed as Maverick from Top Gun) to reveal a tuxedo underneath, and Sharnee appeared arm-in-arm with John and Debbie in her wedding gown. Celebrant Karen Dahlstrom, dressed as Wonder Woman, jumped out of the crowd and began to officiate the wedding ceremony.
"There was screaming, tears and excitement – exactly what we wanted," Sharnee said.
"People were even checking the invite to make sure they'd read it right!
"We are still getting phone calls and messages from people to check if it was real. We are now going to take the photos and video on tour to those who couldn't make it.
"The day was so fun, we cannot put into words how good the reactions were. The weather held up for us and everything went to plan, we can't believe we pulled it off so well."
