Tasers: Shocking findings on police accountability

AS far as I can work out, the Australian Federal Police used Tasers on dogs or people, or on at least one occasion cork boards, 144 timesbetween 2011 and July 2014. Most of this was on hapless ACT citizens, but Tasers have also been used at airports and on refugees.
