Cannabis haul found in Gundagai

Police said they went to a home on Brungle Road about 4pm on Saturday and found a large amount of cannabis inside.

Police also said they found 500 grams of cannabis oil, a drug utensil, and ammunition.

A 58-year-old man found inside the home will be brought to court at a later date.

He will be charged with cultivating a prohibited plant, not keeping ammunition safe, and possessing a prohibited drug.

The case is expected to be called in Gundagai Local Court on May 13.
