Commuters can expect minor delays getting home after an earlier power outage caused lengthy wait-times on train lines running through Central Station.

A spokeswoman for the Traffic Management Centre said earlier that while the power supply problem had been fixed it would take "some time" for services to return to normal.
Sydney Trains apologised to customers affected by the problem and said small delays were expected for Thursday's evening peak.
"There are some delays to services across the Sydney Trains network affecting the T1 North Shore, Northern and Western, T2 Inner West and Leppington, T3 Bankstown and the T8 Airport and South lines," a spokeswoman said.
"Buses are supplementing services where required."
Minor delays and service changes were reported on the T2, T3 and T8 lines about 5pm, about five hours after the outage.
Earlier in the day, the worst delays were on the T2 Inner West and Leppington line and services coming from the south, with delays of 30 minutes shortly before midday.
Delays ranged from five minutes up to half an hour on the affected lines.
As well as the T2 line, the T1, T3, T4 and T8 lines were affected and some services to the Central Coast and Newcastle and the South Coast were also impacted.
The power issue was first reported at 10.45am, according to the TMC. The cause of the outage is being investigated.
Commuters are being urged to allow plenty of extra travel time and plan their trip ahead.
Latest in a series of major delays for Sydney Trains
The Sydney Trains network remains vulnerable to disruption thanks to a "complex and tangled" branch of lines and junctions, a high-level report found earlier this month.
On February 13, Circular Quay station was shut for an hour following a fire at a building site.
The morning closure had a knock-on effect for the rest of the day, with commuters at city circle stations facing delays and packed trains nine hours later.
It followed the chaos caused by major cancellations and delays across the Sydney Trains network on January 8 and 9 due to track repairs and crew issues.
Unions and Labor blamed the new train timetable, released in November, for limiting the network's ability to recover from major issues.
Sydney Trains has said the hiring of more drivers will be accelerated in response to the January system meltdown, and some late night services will also be cut to free up more crews.
However, Transport for NSW secretary Rodd Staples said the new timetable would be here to stay.
‘‘No doubt the fact that we are running more services a day does make that harder to recover, but I would not point the finger at the timetable per se as the underlying issue," he said.
