The younger woman was found lying in the street with stab wounds to her face, neck and back in Brisbane's east early on Sunday, after a resident reported a disturbance in an Emsworth Street unit at Wynnum.
The 17-year-old stabbing victim was rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
Police seized a kitchen knife as part of investigations.
