74min: Raiders 34-6. Croker misses the conversion but it doesn't matter. The game is in the bag, but for and against boost very helpful. Up to -11 as it stands.

73min: Raiders 34-6 - Raiders try, Reece Robinson: Move over Shandor, Reece lightning weaves his own magic with a lovely in and away to beat his opposite Perrett and score in the left-hand corner for his double.

70min: Raiders 30-6. Sensational defence from the Raiders. Even with the game in the bag, they rush over to the right corner and push the Dogs over the sideline. On the injury front, halfback Sam Williams wont be back tonight with a left shoulder strain.

67min: Raiders 30-6. The Raiders peppering the line, Berrigan launches as bomb to the right wing of ... Shhhandor! Can't keep him down tonight. Looks like a knock on, can't reign it in. No try.

66min: Raiders 30-6. Nothing going the Dogs' way. Just as Barba appears on his way to another long-range try, he puts his foot over the sideline due to the pressure of McCrone. Great effort. Raiders scrum 15m out.

65min: Raiders 30-6. The Dogs chip over the top but Dugan defuses the situation and gets the Raiders out of danger. Barring a miracle the Raiders are home and are back in the top eight.

61min: Raiders 30-6. A rare mistake from the Raiders and the Dogs are on the charge. They're hammering the line but the Raiders are holding out. Great defence. They go left, they offload and Finucane throws out his arm and ... he's lost it? Yes, no? We're going to the video. Looks like it's short, no try. Scrum Raiders.

60min: Raiders 30-6. The Dogs are 10m out and almost at the last chance saloon. They get another penalty and it's getting closer in the count. Barba gets to 5m but can't get through They go left, kicked through and it's that man again, Earl, on the spot. He's on fire, doing it on both ends of the ground.

57min: Raiders 30-6. The Dogs hit the Raiders on the edge, kicking through dangerously but Dugan covers up just inside the field of play. He's having a blinder, as are several of his teammates.

55min: Raiders 30-6. The Raiders are bunched but still getting the metres they need down the field. Very basic footy. Barba takes the high ball and gets back to the 15m line. Crowd tonight of 13,150, great turnout given the conditions.

52min: Raiders 30-6. The Dogs are officially in free fall, they've put up the white flag. They finally get a penalty but fail to find touch. Getting embarrasing for the ladder leaders.

45min: Raiders 30-6. Everything's going right for the Raiders, yet another penalty against the Dogs, this on Kasiano for late contact on McCrone from a kick. Pretty soft, a get square for the last one. Croker kicks the penalty from right in front.

43min: Raiders 28-6. Croker misses the conversion.

42min: Raiders 28-6. Sandor Earl (3). And there's the hat-trick to Earl and the ballgame for the Raiders. Earl beats Wright with a perfect jump off a Williams cross-field kick. Williams having a blinder.

41min: Raiders 24-6. Josh Dugan is floored by Kasiano after his kick. Stays on the ground for a second but is back on his feet. Worst start for the Dogs, Perrett knocking on the simple return. Raiders ball 20m out.

Second half: Raiders 24-6. We're back here for the second 40 minutes.

Halftime: Raiders 24-6. You couldn't pick it, Inu kicks out on the full from the restart. Williams has a field goal attempt from 30m but misses short and to the right. The Raiders get a rousing applause leading the Dogs 24-6 at halftime.

40min: Raiders 24-6. Croker slots it, his fourth conversion of the game. Might have a couple of tackles before the break.

39min: Raiders 22-6. Nicholls try. Plenty of replays here, looks pretty clear cut. How many slo mos can you have? And it's a try! The crowd goes off and the Raiders are flying here. Nicholls' first try in the NRL

39min: Raiders 18-6. Williams bombs to the right and Wright makes a meal of it. Dear oh dear. Nicholls pounces on it and crawls his way to the try line. What a big call this is if the Raiders get the green light.

38min: Raiders 18-6. The Dogs go high again, they bat it back to Morris but they lose the ball and the Raiders recover. Great work Ferguson.

37min: Raiders 18-6. And the red light goes up, Earl grounding the ball when it's on the line. Very, very close call and the crowd blows up.

37min: Raiders 18-6. Inu kicks for himself but McCrone picks it up and bursts though and puts Robinson away, stopped on halfway. Dugan goes close a couple tackles later. Then Raiders go right, Williams grubbers through for ... you guessed it, Shhandor, close call.

36min: Raiders 18-6. The Raiders kick on the last tackle is deflected and picked up by the Dogs, 30m out.

34min: Raiders 18-6. Great movement from the Dogs down the right. Inu makes it down to the 15m line before he's wrapped up. The ball goes left and Morris gets within a couple before Papalii stops him. Great tackle. The bomb goes to the right corner, the Dogs getting last touch on it over the sideline. Raiders ball from the 20m line.

33min: Raiders 18-6. Papalii gets in the road and knocks the pass on from Williams intended for Dugan. The Dogs get the scrum on their 35m line.

32min: Raiders 18-6. Penalties killing the Dogs, that's 5-1 against them now. The Raiders begin their set on halfway.

30min: Raiders 18-6. The Raiders call goes up for the first time tonight, the crowd is loving this from the home side. Barba kicks down the short side, just bounces over the sideline 15m out. Lucky for the Raiders. Keating holding his shoulder after getting smashed by Learoyd-Lahrs.

29min: Raiders 18-6. The Raiders forwards making plenty of metres, winning the battle in the middle. McCrone kicks high and Perrett takes it easily, wrapped up on the 15m line.

28min: Raiders 18-6. Croker goal. Croker is on song with another sensational conversion from the right sideline. The Raiders restore the 12-point buffer, great game.

27min: Raiders 16-6, Raiders try - Earl (2) Williams grubbers to the right corner and it's Earl in again! Same play, same result. Remarkable. Wright having a shocker. Shhhhhandor great put down. Move over Inu and Perrett, this bloke's the buy of the year.

26min: Raiders 12-6. Bulldogs winger Wright gets dragged over the sideline from the first tackle. What an absolute blunder. Very slippery surface and the Raiders are on the attack from the 20m.

25min: Raiders 12-6. Inu makes no mistake with the conversation from in front.

24min: Raiders 12-4. Bulldogs try - Kris Keating. The Bulldogs set up a beautiful set play from a scrum, given for Josh Papalii knocking on in the play the ball. Barba comes from nowhere to create the chance, gets through the line to find Keating.

23min: Raiders 12-0. The Bulldogs get back to halfway before kicking high to Dugan. There's a slight juggle but he takes it okay.

22min: Raiders 12-0. Williams launches the high ball taken easily by Perrett on the full. Back to the 20m line.

21min: Raiders 12-0. Dogs not finding many holes up the middle. So they go left to Morris but McCrone wraps him up. Keating's stab kick picked up by Dugan on his own try line, but the fullback does very well to get back to the 20m line. Dugan having a blinder.

19min: Raiders 12-0. Raiders shift left from the scrum but the ball hits the ground. Robinson cleans up. Earl almost goes in on the right. Nice in and around play puts Dugan through a hole ... but he's dropped it! A try begging.

18min: Raiders 12-0. McCrone looking busy, clever stab kick into the corner. Barba tries to evade the Raiders defence but is thrown into touch. He's human after all. Replays suggest he got rid of the ball before he went over the sideline.

17min: Raiders 12-0. No pressure on Dugan as he brings the ball back. Raiders starting the set 30m out.

16min: Raiders 12-0. The Raiders are playing solid error free footy. Nothing fancy. Barba takes the kick 5m out and is contained by a good chasing pack.

15min: Raiders 12-0. Another perfect conversion from Croker, this time from the left side. What a start from the Raiders. The Dogs came from 14 down v the Broncos. Can they do it again?

13min: Raiders 10-0. Try - Reece Robinson. What a try. Great offload from Joel Thompson finds Josh Dugan in support, Dugan drawing the fullback and throwing the pass to Robinson all alone on the left wing. The Dogs haven't seen any ball.

12min: Raiders 6-0. And yet another penalty against the Dogs, Des would be tearing strips off the walls. 4-1 after just 12 minutes. Raiders have the ball on halfway.

11min: Raiders 6-0. Great offload from Kasiano puts Romelo into half a break. The Raiders wrap him up. Keating's bomb is taken superbly by Dugan.

10min: Raiders 6-0. Benny Barba leaps high to grab a bomb but can't control it. Dangerous kick from Keating but the Raiders do enough to keep them at bay.

9min: Raiders 6-0. A great set from the Raiders after points. Dugan's clearing kick puts the Bulldogs back on their 10m line.

8min: Raiders 6-0. What a kick from Croker, he converts from the sideline.

7min: Raiders 4-0. Raiders try - Sandor Earl. And eventually the Dogs break and the Raiders are on the board. McCrone grubbers to the right corner and Earl has a mile of space to ground the ball just inside the dead ball line.

6min: Great shift to the left but the Dogs hang on. The bomb goes up and the Raiders get yet another chance. What pressure, how are the Dogs keeping them out. Another penalty, Hasler must be blowing his top. McCrone's grubber is off Keating, recovered by McCrone, and another set of six! That's four in a row.

3min: After a relieving penalty, a great charge from Shillington gets the Raiders to within 5m of the Dogs line. Williams loses the ball but the ref rules he had it striped, penalty.

2min: A bit of a rough penalty against the home team, pushing the Bulldogs over the sideline from the first tackle. Big Sam Kasiano is hard to stop, what a monster.

Kickoff: And here we go with the Raiders kicking off

7.37pm: A massive boo echoes around the stadium as the Dogs run out. The fans are pumped for this. And there's the roar reserved for the home team. We're ready to go in Canberra

7.33pm: Not sure of this tactic from the Dogs, staying out on the freezing cold field as long as possible before kickoff. Don't be shocked if they start slowly out of the blocks.

7.29pm: The Raiders leaving the ground and into the changerooms for final instructions. The Bulldogs are completing final warmups, doing anything they can to keep warm. The Iphone says it's 5 degrees, reckon it's closer to 0.

7.25pm: One easy way to tell the Dogs are flying is the amount of blue and white in the crowd. It's an absolute avalanche. Home ground favour will be about 50/50 once we get underway. Gotta love the outdoor media box in Canberra, what an idea.

7.10pm: A decent crowd rolling into Canberra Stadium with still about half an hour before kickoff. With no live TV or radio coverage, this is one of the only places to get live coverage of tonight's Raiders v Dogs game. The mass changes for the Dogs haven't been as severe as many thought, hooker Michael Ennis the only change. Joel Romelo takes his place. The Raiders are unchanged for the biggest game in Canberra since 2010.
