Five Test rookies will get a chance to make their international debut, with Robbie Deans banking on the Brumbies' young talent to step up to the next level.
Jesse Mogg, Nic White, Joseph Tomane, Dan Palmer and Michael Hooper will join established Wallabies Stephen Moore, Ben Alexander and Pat McCabe in the Australian squad.
For Mogg and Tomane it caps off a spectacular rise to the top.
Neither were in the Brumbies squad last season and they didn't have Super Rugby contracts until coach Jake White arrived in Canberra.
Tomane is a rugby league convert, while Mogg has risen out of Canberra's club rugby ranks to be in contention for a Wallabies cap.
White has been one of the form scrumhalves of the competition, while Palmer is considered one of the most technically-sound front-rowers in Super Rugby.
Hooper is having a breakout year as an outstanding openside flanker.
The Brumbies contingent will train in Canberra before flying to Sydney on Tuesday night to join the Wallabies squad.
They will return to the capital before helping the Brumbies take on the Melbourne Rebels at AAMI Park on Friday night.
The eight players will then rejoin the Wallabies squad and will be hopeful of playing in the Test against Scotland on June 5.
