Canberra driver Molly Taylor has had an impressive start to the Australian Rally Championship, finishing second overall at the Rally of Western Australia.

Taylor won the opening heat of the rally on Saturday before finishing third in Sunday's second heat to leave her just five points behind defending champion Eli Evans in the standings.
Taylor is ranked the world's leading female rally driver and is attempting to become the first female to win the ARC title.
"We had a fantastic day winning the heat yesterday and we were third today and second overall for the weekend," Taylor said.
"Everything went really well and we're happy to be in this position.
"We had a puncture this morning where we dropped a bit of time which wasn't ideal, but had a good battle with the guys, so we were really happy to finish where we did."
Taylor became the first female driver to win a heat in the ARC when she took the honours on Saturday.
She has spent the past five seasons competing in Europe, with three of those as part of a fully-funded driving scholarship in the WRC academy.
Taylor will now turn her attention to preparing for the National Capital Rally from May 15 to 17.
