Opener Henry Hunt laid the platform with a brilliant century before fast bowler Guy Gillespie (5-48) ripped through Creek's top order as Queanbeyan won by 72 runs.
Queanbeyan posted 8-274 from their 50 overs before bowling Creek out for 202 in the 43rd over.
It was much more comfortable than Queanbeyan's thrilling two-run victory against Creek in last month's Twenty20 decider.
Hunt held Queanbeyan's innings together with a superb knock of 118 from just 136 balls, including 12 boundaries.
It was a mature performance for an 18-year-old, but didn't surprise anyone given his impressive form at the under-19 national championships in Adelaide.
Hunt forced his way into the provisional Australian squad for next year's under-19 World Cup, scoring 408 runs at an average of 51 for ACT/NSW Country.
Veteran all-rounder Mark Higgs (19) and Dean Solway (five) fell cheaply before Hunt and Queanbeyan captain Vele Dukoski (33) put on 76 for the third wicket.
After Dukoski's departure, Hunt received solid support from Michael Curtale, who scored a brisk 41 off 40 balls.
Hunt's brilliant innings came to an end when he was caught on the boundary late in the innings, one of five wickets to fall to Creek all-rounder Sam Taylor (5-43 off nine overs).
Things only got better for Queanbeyan once it was their turn to bowl.
Creek opener Kevin Jacob was sent packing with the second ball of the innings, scooping a ball from Gillespie to Mark Solway at cover.
Worse was to come when Cade Brown, who scored a memorable 192 in last season's one-day final, was given out LBW for a golden duck.
From 2-1 after the first over, Creek lost its third wicket when Mark Bennett was bowled by Gillespie for seven.
Creek captain Harry Medhurst kept the scoreboard ticking over, but couldn't find anyone to bat with him.
Dukoski dismissed the dangerous Taylor for just two with the umpire having no hesitation in giving him out LBW.
Gillespie picked up his fourth wicket to get rid of Warren Clunes, who nicked a ball through to wicketkeeper Kel Evans for five.
Medhurst provided stern resistance until his lone hand of 70 came to an end off a sharp catch from Higgs at short cover off the bowling off Matt Grocott.
Creek was always going to do it tough with Jono Dean (Adelaide Strikers), Blake Dean (shoulder), Mac Wright (unavailable) and John Rogers (ineligible) sidelined for the final.
