Only fourth place is up for grabs with ladder leaders Eastlake (26 points), Weston Creek Molonglo (20 points) and defending champions Wests/UC (18) guaranteed to feature in the finals with one round to play.
Queanbeyan (12) hold the slight edge to secure the last remaining place in the semi-finals, but ANU (11) and North Canberra Gungahlin (10) are still in the hunt.
It sets up an intriguing final round, with Queanbeyan to host the winless Ginninderra at Freebody Oval, while ANU faces Tuggeranong at ANU North Oval.
If Queanbeyan and ANU win their respective games, bonus points could decide which side grabs fourth spot.
North Canberra Gungahlin will have to hope both Queanbeyan and ANU get beaten and they can also upset Eastlake.
