Receiving a start while several regulars were rested before the crucial Champions League tie, the Canberra sensation gave Bhoys fans a taste of his immense talent, setting up a goal in his team's 3-1 win against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Rogic showed why Celtic outlaid a reported transfer fee of $600,000 to secure his services on a 4½-year contract when he helped the Scottish Premier League leaders draw level in the 20th minute.
The 20-year-old made a darting run into the penalty box before cutting the ball back for Kris Commons to rifle a thunderous strike into the roof of the net.
The Socceroos international then came close to opening his Celtic account as the midfielder clipped an effort just over the bar.
Celtic manager Neil Lennon was delighted with the performances of his young contingent.
''I think you saw a wee glimpse of what's coming through,'' Lennon said.
''Marcus Fraser, Dylan McGeouch and Rogic are young players and I thought they were fantastic.''
Rogic has already scored for the club's under-20s side, and pressed his claims to be used at least as an impact player off the bench against Juventus. Any game time in the Champions League fixture would be an incredible new chapter in the story of a player who has only been a professional footballer for just more than a year.
The Tuggeranong and Woden Valley junior's stunning performances for the Mariners in the A-League caught the eye of Celtic, which snared Rogic ahead of several clubs, including English Premier League contenders Reading and Queens Park Rangers.
He was handed his maiden Socceroos cap at the end of last year and could be a valuable asset for the remaining World Cup qualifiers.
