The St Edmund's College speedster scored four tires by half-time and slotted two conversions in an impressive performance, helping Australia to a 70-0 triumph.
Australia piled on six tries, through John Connolly, Carlo Tizzano, Carter Gordon, Frances Sula-Siaosi, Billy Pollard and Angus Bell, in the second half to blow out the margin at full-time.
But Jimenez was the standout, at one point beating eight defenders to go almost the length of the field for a superb solo effort.
Australia has lost just one of four matches so far on their European tour and will play a Scotland Top Six Schools selection side this weekend to end finish their trip.
