Canberra United chief executive Heather Reid doesn't expect the pay dispute between the Matildas and Football Federation Australia to have any impact on the defending W-League champions.

The Matildas' two-game tour of the US has been cancelled after players and the FFA couldn't see eye to an eye on a wage increase.
Canberra United goalkeeper Lydia Williams, striker Michelle Heyman and attacker Ashleigh Sykes were part of the Matildas' squad at this year's women's World Cup in Canada.
Asked if she thought there would be any issues with players agreeing to financial terms with Canberra United, Reid said, "No, I don't think so.
"This is a matter in relation to the players who are contracted by the FFA to play for their country.
"I intend to have the contracts available for players on Monday and it will be up to every individual if they want to sign that contract.
"If players choose not to sign the contract by a certain date, we will simply replace that player."
Reid said Canberra United had received signed contracts from its three foreign players so they could process their visas in time for the new season.
She also has an "agreement in writing" from five other players, including Heyman.
While the W-League salary cap of $150,000 is a pipe dream for the majority of clubs, Canberra United will operate on a budget of about $60,000 for players' salaries, which doesn't include the payments for their three foreign players.
"In an ideal world, I would love to be able to offer them a full-time wage," Reid said.
"We just don't have the money.
"The arrangements we have in place for the players I have negotiated with to come back have been accepted by those players."
Canberra United will announce its squad for the 2015-16 W-League season next week.
One of the new arrivals will be Young Matildas and Melbourne Victory defender Emma Checker.
Her addition offsets the departure of defensive duo Sally Rojahn and Grace Field.
Both players will sit out the season.
Canberra begins its title defence away to Brisbane Roar on October 18.
"I'll always press for a home and away season," Reid said.
"You balance that up with the commercial reality with, do you put more money into extra games, or do you put more money into shoring up a broadcast deal?
"In this instance, the broadcast deal has won out over the other factors."
