10.05am: The tow-trucks have done their thing and that Northbourne Ave lane has now re-opened after the earlier crash.
9.27am: One citybound lane on Northbourne Avenue is still blocked outside the ABC after a two-car rear-ender smash. Police said the tow trucks are there but that one has caused some traffic dramas.
9.10am: That hazmat incident in the War Memorial Annex on Callan Street in Mitchell is fairly minor, an ACT Emergency Services Agency spokesman said.
8.59am: One citybound lane is blocked on Northbourne Avenue after a crash outside the ABC.

8.49am: There's a crash outside the ABC on Northbourne Avenue, according to the radio.
8.43am: There was a crash on Commonwealth Avenue near the parliament house on ramp but ACT Policing says it's all clear.
Road closures:
Ginninderra Drive eastbound, from Coulter Drive and William Webb Drive, will be reduced to one lane until Friday.
