Auditing firm KPMG is reportedly set to fill an anchor tenancy at Capital Property Group's $300 million Constitution Place precinct.

The firm will occupy three floors in one of two towers being built adjacent to the ACT Legislative Assembly, according to a report in The Australian Financial Review.
The move means Terry Snow's Capital Property Group has secured commitments to fill all but 900 square metres of the 40,000 square metres of commercial space available at the city-shaping development.
KPMG employs more than 6900 people across 14 offices in Australia. It's ACT operation is based out of Brindabella Business Park at Canberra Airport, which is also owned by Mr Snow's company.
KPMG will be joined at Constitution Place by law and consultancy firm Minter Ellison, who last year struck a deal to take up two floors when project is completed in mid-2020. International law firm King & Wood Mallesons was the first tenant to commit to moving to the precinct in 2017.
More than 1600 public servants will be housed in the precinct's five-storey office block. The private sector tenants are set to occupy the bulk of the 12-storey complex.
The taller building will include the five-star, 132-room Adina Apartment Hotel Grand.
A laneway lined with cafes and shops will link Canberra Theatre Centre to Constitution Avenue.
In 2016, the Snow family's Capital Property Group won the ACT Government tender to redevelop the 9000 square metre former carpark on the corner of London Circuit and Constitution Avenue.
