Former Brisbane Roar managing director Mark Kingsman has been identified as the man who died after falling from a jet ski and drowning off South Stradbroke Island.

Brisbane Roar Football Club passed on its condolences to Mr Kingsman's family and friends on Thursday, following Mr Kingsman's death on Tuesday.
"Vale Mark Kingsman. Brisbane Roar Football Club would like to pass on our sincere condolences and prayers to the family and friends of our former Managing Director, who has passed away," a tweet said.
Paramedics were called just before 8am when the 54-year-old was brought back to land in a critical condition.
Police said Mr Kingsman was helped to shore by his four friends who attempted CPR for more than 30 minutes, but he died at the scene.
Mr Kingsman was managing director of the Brisbane Roar from August 2016 to October 2017, while he also held senior positions at East Coast Car Rentals.
He had been that company's chief executive since 2014.
An East Coast Car Rentals team member said they were aware of his death.
"As you can understand, it is a very difficult time for everyone who knew him," she said.
Tributes on social media for the much-loved man described the incident as a "tragic loss".
Police would conduct an autopsy to determine whether he had a "medical episode" in the water.
