Paramedics were called to the Yarrabilba Drive address at 11.30am, and a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the triple-zero call detailed a concrete pipe falling on the two men.
A man in his 60s sustained a serious hand injury and was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital by road.
A second man in his 20s suffered a serious leg injury and was being airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital just before 2pm.
Workplace Health and Safety are investigating with two inspectors on scene on Wednesday afternoon.
