Paramedics were called to a location at the corner of Ann Street and Roma Street about 9.15am on Thursday.
A man in his 50s was shocked in the hand and a man in his 20s was shocked from one arm to the other through his chest.
The pair were taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition.
