A 71-year-old man was thrown to the ground, kicked and robbed during a home invasion at Logan on Sunday afternoon.

The man was assaulted at his Regents Park home, about 30 kilometres south of Brisbane, and police were looking for a 45-year-old man "who may be able to assist with investigations".
"Shortly after [the assault], the man’s car keys and his car were taken before his mobile phone was smashed," a police spokesman said.
The man police were looking for was described as Caucasian, about 170 centimetres tall, muscular with short brown hair and blue eyes.
Police were also appealing for anyone who may have seen a maroon 2007 Holden Commodore sedan with Queensland registration 542 LMV to contact them.
"If members of the public see the man or car, they are urged not to approach him but to contact triple zero," the police spokesman said.
